I’m Rawan.

I'm Rawan Kassem, a 28-year-old Egyptian makeup artist currently based in Dubai.

Although I hold a bachelor's degree in clinical pharmacy, my true passion has always been the world of makeup.
It's a realm where I can lose myself and let my creative energy flow freely. My journey as a makeup artist began in 2016, and I've been dedicated to honing my craft ever since.

In my pursuit of excellence, I decided to combine my artistic flair with academic knowledge.
I embarked on a transformative journey at Makeup Designory in Berlin, where I completed the rigorous Master Artistry Programme in December 2022.

This comprehensive program equipped me with both theoretical expertise and extensive practical training in various makeup disciplines, including beauty makeup, airbrush, fashion, bridal, studio makeup, hairstyling, and special effects!

I've also sought out various opportunities for training and growth. I had the privilege of studying at The Makeup Talk Academy in Egypt, where I delved into makeup history and honed various makeup techniques with a focus on beauty makeup.

My quest for knowledge also led me to the Inglot Academy Workshop, where I learned valuable tips and tricks for perfecting makeup for the camera.

I further enriched my skills at The Makeup Show Masterclass, under the guidance of renowned makeup artists Bassam Fattouh and Fady Kataya, both highly respected figures in the Arab world's makeup industry.
Additionally, I had the privilege of attending the Samer Khouzami Masterclass, where I mastered advanced contouring techniques.

Professionalism, reliability, and meticulous attention to detail define my approach to every project. I pour my heart and soul into my work, treating each assignment as if it were my own creation.

Fluent in English, French, and Arabic (my mother tongue), I'm also on my way to mastering Deutsch at an intermediate level.

I'm eagerly looking forward to working on exciting projects and showcasing my skills to the world. let's unveil the beauty and artistry that makeup can bring to any canvas.
